So you’re in the middle of planning your wedding and you need some recommendations for wedding suppliers in South Wales. I’ve carefully curated a small directory below sharing with you some of my favourite suppliers that I get to work with a lot.
Each of these suppliers share a similar ethos and vibe to me; Putting you first and wanting to deliver the very best for you. Therefore you can guarantee each of these suppliers will make your wedding incredible. I’ve been lucky to work with each of these suppliers, they are here completely on merit and based on my own recommendation.

Wedding Entertainment & Bands
The Session Band
These guys mean business! The Session should be on every band short list. They are incredibly talented and they tailor the music to the need of the dance floor and really keep the party going. They always have the most fun while playing too which is great and helps in keeping the energy through the room.
Fonz & The Poet
They are a four piece party funk and pop band playing around the South Wales and the South West. These guys always keep the dance floor full and that’s exactly what you need at your wedding. Fonz and the Poet are one of the bands that I’ve had the pleasure of being on the same supplier list the most.
MusicHQ
If you’re looking for a band for your wedding, well MusicHQ is probably the only place you need to visit. With a wealth of signed bands on board you can take the time to listen to each band sing a selection of music for you to have an idea of the vibes and type of music you could be dancing to at your wedding.
Adam Reeves Magician
There’s not many magicians that can fit right in with guests and get instant laughs and excitement. Adam is incredibly popular and always tries to keep his performances fresh and entertaining. I often work with Adam at weddings in South Wales and there’s a reason for that. You should really consider having Adam for during the ‘lul hour’ which is between the speeches and the first dance.
Ultrabooth Photobooths
A Photo Booth at a wedding is incredibly popular option for entertaining your guests in the evening. Ultrabooth keep reinventing themselves and the idea of a photo booth overall. They have become the leading and THE standout business in photo booths. If you’re considering entertaining your guests, Ultrabooth should be at your wedding.

Steve Ratcliffe Films
Steve is hands down, the nicest man in the industry. Steve and I have worked a lot together and it’s for good reason, it works! Steve’s films are incredible, he goes beyond to capture all moments perfectly and delivers knockout films. He offers a selection of packages that can suit your needs and budget. So if you’re looking for a wedding videographer, Steve is your guy.

Another great videographer, Rhys is part of an incredibly successful commercial videography so there was no doubt he’d expand into weddings. He uses the highest range equipment and brings a fresh perspective to wedding films.

KM Films
Katy is another recommended videographer that I’ve had the pleasure of working with regularly. Her attention to detail and her approachability is brilliant, and I haven’t mentioned her films yet, which goes without saying are great and will leave you feeling all blurry eyed and emotional all over again.

Nicola is one of the nicest in the industry. It’s always a pleasure to work along side her at many weddings. She has uniquely set up an incredibly skilled and successful team of hair and make-up artists who each deliver such a passionate and above and beyond service, each having their own slightly different style to offer exactly what you want for your wedding day! The team also offer hair dressing services too alongside the make-up artists which makes for a perfectly synchronised and harmonious time during what can be a very stressful few hours.
Charlotte Joy
I’ve worked with Charlotte at many weddings in the last several years and it’s no wonder why; With over 13 years experience working as a makeup artist and within the beauty industry she’s incredibly experienced with a lovely personality which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. She specialises in modern bridal makeup offering a luxury service to all her brides.

Janet of Janet White-Ashby & Co.
Janet and her team are amongst the best in the business. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside the team over the years and it’s always a good time together during the bridal preparations. Having an incredible amount of experience behind her, Janet is certainly someone that should be at the top of your list of suppliers. She is incredibly patient and will certainly make you feel at ease; You’ll feel like you’ve known for years.
