WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER CARDIFF review

2016 | In Review with a Cardiff Wedding Photographer | Lewis Fackrell Photography

As a Cardiff Wedding Photographer, I’ve had a fantastic year and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Of course, there’s plenty to mention but here are the highlights. The 16 couples I’ve met and photographed, their friends and families that have allowed me to document them at such joyful and intimate moments at such a wonderful occasion. The challenges I’ve faced, the new friends that I’ve made and the amazing opportunity to photograph my first destination wedding in Italy which was a simply stunning!

Other highlights that made 2016 so awesome include creating and seeing the launch of my brand new wedding photography website which I embarrassingly can’t stop looking at, even now! In the Summer I took the biggest leap of faith of all, in grasping the chance with both hands and becoming a full-time Cardiff wedding photographer. I feel truly blest.

“2016 – Thank you… For such a bloody outstanding year!”

If that’s what 2016 gave then I can’t wait to see what 2017 has planned. It sure will be equal or if not better.  With my calendar almost fully booked with weddings from West and South Wales and weddings booked in locations all the way up in York and Nottingham. There are still a couple of dates still available if you are still looking to book your wedding photographer. It’s sure going to be a damn good year for Lewis Fackrell Photography!

Just some of the superb words this years couples have had to say – You guys are awesome!

“I literally have no words! WOW! Considering I hate looking at myself on photos I absolutely love them. You’ve done an amazing job!”Natalie & LukeCoed-Y-Mwstwr, Bridgend

“We have just downloaded the pictures. We love them. Thank you so much. We can’t believe it’s us and our day seems a dream but the pictures make it all real again. I think we will be looking at them for weeks and months to come.” – Carrie & CliffVila Teodolinda, Lake Como, Italy

“Lewis was one of our favourite suppliers to work with. He understood exactly what we wanted and kept in contact with ideas and questions. He was really approachable and made us feel completely at ease, even though we’re super awkward in front of the camera! Our wedding photography was one of the few things that I didn’t worry about as I knew it would be spot on! BOOK HIM!” Cerian & DanCanada Lodge & Lake, Cardiff

“Lewis was amazing and we knew straight away that he understood us and exactly what we wanted. He made us feel so comfortable and we always knew we were in great hands. Our engagement pictures were great but nothing could have prepared us for how phenomenal our wedding pictures would be. We have the most beautiful images to remember such a fantastic day! Thank you so much Lewis – you nailed it!”- Hannah & Gareth – Buckland Hall, Brecon

And finally…

“On our wedding day Lewis built a good rapport with our family and friends. He made them feel at ease with the photos. We barely knew he was there at times, and he captured some amazing moments we didn’t realise we had! The ‘icing on the cake’ was the album, which was beautifully presented and a lot of thought had gone into the product. For someone who doesn’t like getting their photos taken, Lewis makes you feel at ease and recommends the best ideas to make the best photos. He’s very creative and talented at what he does.” – Hannah & JackCoed-y-Mwstwr, Bridgend
